Ok. Anyone that knows me knows that I love to bake. I have entered many of my dessert recipes in contests, and have won many a blue ribbon. I have had my fair share of 2nd and 3rd place winnings also, but I am rather proud of my amount of 1st places.
I get requests all the time for my cake recipes, so I am going to start posting them here, along with photos of the end result. I hope you enjoy making them for your family as much as I enjoy making them for mine.
Please excuse the fact that all of the photos will be taken with my baker's rack as a prop. It is very special to me, so I use it constantly.
